Objective with High Trek POS

The goal was to modernize the ticketing and POS platform with a scalable and reliable cloud-based solution. The Metro Richmond zoo wanted to deploy a software solution that would simplify training and improve usability for staff and also improve the customer experience throughout the zoo as well as through the online shopping experience. Overcoming challenges of long lines at the gates as well as inside the zoo for food and rides was also a high priority.
