About High Trek POS

One advantage we have in understanding our unique customers is that we are also owner/operators of an experience based business, having both a ropes course with ziplines as well as a laser tag arena. The features and conveniences our customers get to enjoy in our software come from issues and pain points we have experienced that a disconnected POS company would never be able to understand or solve.

Nick Novak

Over the past 10 years Nick has been working in Ecommerce as a Full Stack Engineer and Software Developer for and Lowes. Nick's primary focus was on financial systems, security, and the E-commerce checkout process.

Bill Brooks

Bill is an experienced software developer who was a member of the Lowes E-commerce Checkout Team. As a full stack developer he has had the opportunity to work on many different technologies such as WCF and Web Services, small MVC application, responsive design, both front and back-end design, and third party payment processors.

Brad Halbach

Over the last 20 years Brad has had a leading role in building eCommerce sites such as,, and He headed up the launch of as an eCommerce platform as well as He is also the owner of High Trek Ventures, a recreational entertainment company with a ropes course, mini golf course, and laser tag arena in the Seattle metro area.

VP of Operations

Luke Goff

Luke worked at for 13 years before it was acquired by Lowes in 2011. He continued to serve in roles such as Director of Business Development and then Director of Operations. Luke has experience leading large customer service and logistics teams and building requriments for a rapidly growing E-commerce company. Luke has most recently partnered with Brad Halbach on High Trek Ventures where they have built an adventure park and outdoor laser tag facility in Washington State.

Chris Roberts

Chris Roberts has over 20 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. He started in the attractions industry at the age of 18 working and eventually managing The Rogue Valley Family Fun Center in Oregon. He has owned and operated multiple businesses from Furniture Stores to Sales and Marketing organizations. In addition to his partnership with High Trek POS, he owns and operates Fusion Sales and Marketing, a company that focuses on driving client’s sales through dynamic marketing campaigns and sales training, with an emphasis on package selling, measuring the results and accountability.
